I really want to like Opera. I do like its speed and its new, less bloated UI. But without bookmarks, this version is useless to me.

I've been doing my weekly backup with BackupList+ for years. The developer is lightning fast with support. It's a great app -- well worth a donation.

Gyazmail has been my only email app since it was first released. Eudora (back in the day), Thunderbird and especially Apple Mail can't touch it. Great app, great support.

I'm using version 8.0.5, which is recommended for Snow Leopard. It's a great little program that I use every week to back up my essential files. When I had a problem, the developer replied to my email within hours -- on a Saturday evening, no less. (I guess neither of us has a real life.)

My old version of this converter takes only 4 MB of drive space. This version is a 45.1 MB download. Dunno what else is in there, but I don't plan to find out.

First-rate download manager with outstanding support. An email to the developer about an installation problem was responded to instantly.

I had a problem installing the newest update to Speed Download Lite. Emailed tech support and received a reply within a couple of hours. The next morning an email was waiting for me with a link to a bugfix build. Terrific support for a first-rate program. Consider this a rave review.

This version of TextWrangler requires OS X 10.4 NOT 10.3.5 as advertised.

Handy little gadget. The only non-intuitive wrinkle is discovering how to remove clips from the menu. (Hold down the option key while scrolling.)
