I run QR for over two years now. Only had a problem once that was solved very quickly by the developer. It's the fastest and most advanced backup software I ever used, especially if you backup to remote volumes with small bandwidth.
Automation or recovery is a piece of cake.

I use iClip as a repository of often used scripts, data and complex commands for different systems I have to manage (NetApp, PowerShell (copy on Mac, paste in Windows VM), Routers etc.). For that, it's the time saver no. 1 for me.
The developer is very responsive.

Best RDP-Software for Macs. I use it every day to connect to over 70 Windows-Server.
As olderman said: grouping machines would be very helpful if you have many entries in the bookmark tray.

Dropbox is the best in its class. Syncing between all my devices has never been easier or more reliable.
There's jus one thing that could be improved very much: an integrated auto-update.
Frequently updates are welcome for it shows that the developers put much effort in the product. But to install a new version every time I switch my mac on is sometimes a little bit annoying:-) So I always skip some minor updates. Not the best way.
So PLEASE: integrated automated updates.

Attention: Extension pack cannot be installed on either of my two machines (MacPro 10.7.5 and iMac 10.8.2). Says something with the ZIP header is not correct. A VM configured f.e. with USB doesn't boot without the extension pack.
