10.0.648.151 is the latest Beta build ~> http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/eula_beta.html?dl=mac

Although if you go to the file menu > Chrome > About Google Chrome... it should let you know there's an update... if you care to update...

I got a negative smiley for notifying people of an update before it was posted. That makes sense! :)

Although this is the best chat client for Mac that I can think of, it does have some funky connection issues from time to time. Also, about 90% of the time I can't make a successful file transfer to anyone using Windows. Most of the time they tell me they don't even see a window pop up asking if they want to accept the transfer in the first place.

Another thing that really... really... needs to be added is video chat support. I don't mind using iChat or Skype, but to have everything done in one app would be fantastic.

Still... I love this app.

As executive editor for several journalism sites in which I'm reviewing, editing, and publishing article after article... and receiving information from various people in endless different formats, this app saves me so much time I can't even begin to explain. Just one click with all my pre-defined settings and I'm ready to get to work instead of having to worry about the myriad of formatting issues that come my way. Thank you a thousand times for this intuitive, yet simple application.

Still my #1 study app. Helps me get things done in a fun way, so I save a lot of time. Thank you!

This tool, in my opinion, is invaluable. I've been using this app for years with no issues at all. Even the Beta releases have been stable, although I'd never recommend Betas as part of anyone's regular routine simply for the off chance that some bad joo joo happens. I run this app every month or so and it makes my Mac feel snappy and brand new again. Thanks to the developer for the continued Mac support and the price. :)

There are a plethora of tweaking options in this app. Most I will never use, but it's nice to know the options are there. Great app!

This works perfectly for what I need it for... a digital world clock. As far as anything else goes... it is certainly lacking in features, but it does what I need, so whatever.

I still don't know what the deal is with bandwidth allocation. When I'm downloading a torrent, no matter what it is or what the down/up settings are... I cannot browse the internet... or at the very least... internet browsing is immensely slow... same goes for any other program that requires a network connection. uTorrent, even when maxed out on my download and upload speeds with multiple files, I can still browse the internet at decent speeds and do online gaming simultaneously. uTorrent is very buggy and not ready for primetime by any means and I've been using Transmission for ages now and I'd prefer to use it over uTorrent... but I don't know what the deal is. I'll have to stick with uTorrent if this keeps up. >.

Yes I have contacted the developer... and yes it does the same things even on low down/up settings. You don't need to come to Transmission's rescue every 5 seconds KKNOPP. I still use it frequently. It's my fav torrent app.

Nice improvement speeds with this Beta. However, I am encountering an issue where Transmissions is royally hogging bandwidth allocation to where I cannot browse the internet while torrents are being downloaded. I don't have this issue with other torrent apps, and Transmission is my favorite... so... what's going on? o.O
