Is it true that MacUpdates version is 2.6.2? The App store has 2.6.6. I've never seen the App store with a more recent version of the program than MacUpdate

I wish Apple would buy this Company, and include this app as part of the OS. I can't remember now what it was like without this app. I must have wasted a lot of time saving things to the wrong places, or repeatedly searching for the correct places to save things to, before I bought this. Computers are supposed to make our life easier and more efficient, not more tedious

Easy, straight forward app. It is a little bit touchy about scratches on disks, but in general I haven't had too many problems. If it does work with RipIt, then I'll try HandBrake, but usually that also won't work on the same disks

And the stars should be 4.5 stars, but are lower than what they should be, because I accidentally moused over the stars, when I was trying to reinstall the app. Serves me right for not writing a review earlier

I stopped using this app few years ago, long before the iPhone and Android came out. At one time it worked well. But my computer stopped connecting to my Centro. When it did work, it duplicated events and addresses, and deleted events in iCal.

Tried the Demo, before taking advantage of the MacUpdate sale today. Demo comes with 5 samples. Not really a program I would normally look for, but the idea of a moving wallpaper kinda intrigued me, as I liked trying it on the Android phones.

Turns out I like it a lot. There are many times when I'm working without a podcast or music playing in the background, and I think it is too quiet. The high quality sound and videos that come with it are very relaxing.

I especially like the hide desktop icons, as they disappear in an instant, but they are still there when I need them. Looking forward to trying the importer. I need to go out and capture my own videos now.
