wow 35$ for something that could be done in a text editor...

Really a great notebook app. been using it for years.
Only annoying thing is that it has a weird startup where it minimizes and unminimizes notebooks repeatedly, and in the end doesn't bring the notebook you started it with (clicked on) to the front. Its trying to remember the last session but kinda seems confused...

A really great app, full of features. If it doesn't do what you want you can probably make it. macupdate doesn't have latest update, its on developer's site.

I found the MacProtectMonitor process running on my system as well, after playing another of Popcap's games Plants vs Zombies. Is it some sort of game process that the games forget to quit when the main application quits? Its definitely a sign of bad programming to leave a hidden process running on a users machine, especially when its given such a ninja name, and brings up the issue of spyware. I'd be interested to know if Popcap even knows its in their games...

while this is a nice anitvirus option, would be nice to be able to use the program even if the definitions are out of date. what happens if i need to virus scan but don't have an internet connection to do the mandatory update? the program just quits. Unless i'm missing some prefence thats just stupid.

An update of this program would be really nice to keep it working with the newer versions of web-browsers.

This is a super great text app. So much better than textEdit, lightyears beyond msword or any other mstrash. Its enjoyable to use and very responsive. Support has always been great! Its low price makes it one of the best software bargains around.
