We have a new Beta that prints to 4x6 labels (Specifically the Dymo 4XL, but it should work with any 4x6 label printer.
Please email me if you have a 4 x 6 shipping printer and would like to try this Beta.

The print quality is comparable to the other Dymo printers. Its not amazing, but more than enough for a shipping label.
If you contact us through the email address on the website with an address, I'll gladly send a label created by sendIT on a 4XL.

Here is a PPC build of 3.7.10, provided as-is. No warranty, and no guarantee it will be updated in PPC after this.

Apple turned our hand and building for PPC involves two code bases.

The application appears to use Java.
It no longer works with the release of Java shipping by Apple.
It uses depreciated Java calls and simply quits. Checking Console reveals

[Deprecated] CocoaJava: com.apple.cocoa.foundation.NSRuntime

[NSJavaVirtualMachine initWithClassPath:] FATAL: cannot initialize ObjCJava. Exit

Exited with exit code: 255
