[Version 3.7.6]

I have used CPP since v. 2.x. I installed v. 3.x, and Bean would not work. (No, they had not shifted to TextEdit yet. It simply did not work.) My multiple emails to tech support went unanswered.
I uninstalled 3.x and re-installed 2.x. I has worked as usual until recently, when Bean was broken again.
I have not found a product that is superior to CopyPaste Pro in terms of speed and accessibility. I work very fast, doing legal research and writing at great speed, gobbling up text from legal authorities. CPP works pretty well for that purpose. Nevertheless, it is not perfect. I would shop around first.

I realize that this is open source software, but I have to be honest. This is the kind of app that makes you work for the software instead of the other way around.
I was unable to get this to work properly at all, and there are a number of alternatives that do not cost a great deal of money.

This is the best utility I have found for filling out paper forms with a Mac. Just scan the paper using Image Capture/Preview, then save the jpeg image as a pdf, and open the pdf in FormulatePro and add text fields. You may have to play with the paper size. In order to fill a 7 in. x 3.5 in. card, I had to create a custom paper size that was 3.5 in x 7 in. (i.e., rotated), and then print from formulate in _landscape_ orientation. Othewise, however, very simple to use.

It will not import my .QIF or .QFX files. It will not connect to my Chase bank account online.
Despite all the justified grousing about Quicken, it does work. iBank did not, for me.
