I deleted music data off a computer that is too important to me to expose to net viruses etc. I researched all Boomerang's support material but could not find out clearly if i could activate a second computer offline. It's not there. They promise a 72 hour response to questions, better than that if it's for sales and finally that they won't bother answering your question if it's answered anywhere else in their various materials. When your computer is your work and you can't use it until you've recovered the data, waiting three days really hurts. I waited. They didn't bother replying, haven't supplied the information and make you wade through all their rubbish, so I end up putting up notices like this. Their type of arrogant screw-you 'business' should really be boycotted.
