Doesn't launch in Mountain Lion (on Macbook Pro Mid-2009), even with Gatekeeper turned off... :[

Simply the best browser hands down.
All the crazy arguing about privacy and H.264 are nonsense to the actual usage of an actual final customer.

Keep'on going Google... ;)

The Best browser ever made by men so far, for any platform.

-Faster and now more Stable/Compatible than Safari

-Customizable like Firefox with hundreds of amazing Extensions

EPIC WIN for Google so far... :)

Who cares about H.264, HTML5 is the Future... :)

H.264 is not open source like Flash isn't, and Google is pushing forward for a complete Open Source environment where the web surfing can grow in a more rapid and efficient way than waiting for some third party to improve their closed instruments... ;)

WebM is pretty identical to H.264 and his alternative video player, and its fully integrated to the HTML5 Beta experience that YouTube is offering right now. It's simply H.264 (or even a little more performant), but fully Open Source.

For now Google did an amazing job with Chrome, even on Macs now, and their pushing forward in the right direction. Web 3.0 is coming, and something (Flash and now the standard H.264) has to be left behind... ;)

Every browser does it, with surfing anonymous and statistic data. And if you don't want it you can limit the cookie managament to only the sites you surf to, and install this extension: https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/jeoacafpbcihiomhlakheieifhpjdfeo

Very useful program. It does what DockView does, but for FREE. For now, I'm going to give 4/5 and not perfection only because it's beta, and there are still something to work on (features and bugs).

BUT, if the program will become Shareware like DockView I will change my mind immediately, uninstall it, and pay for DockView instead, that has a lot more features and has more experience in it.

The very strong point of this app is the Freeware state for now.
Please, don't remove it, make Donations, otherwise everyone here will remove it for sure... ;)

Great job for now anyway.

Good luck!

Or you can remain the free alternative/choice of DockView, so almost everyone will shift from their software to yours, and who wants can Donate to support you (so, the more people will shift, the more will donate).
And everyone will be happy (You, for the Donations, and us, for the freeware choice).

Let us know... ;)

It was only a suggestion, I didn't want to "scare" anybody. I only said what I think it's gonna happen making it shareware, and what I'm going to do speaking ONLY for myself, and nothing more. That's what "Review" or Comment mean, you know...

For the Donation, I already bought DockView, because I like it (and not because it's here on MacUpdate)...but I never thought it's worth it, and I always waited for someone to make a decent freeware alternative (even with only the basic features to stay Free), and that's what I think of HyperDock for now.

Making it "only" a clone of DockView it will become something like Parallels Vs VMware, and will only create confusion.

While staying freeware will become a valid and interesting freedom of choice for the consumer, and speaking for me: it will become THE choice between the two, and I will donate for sure (I never donated for a Beta...not even for a Shareware you know)...

That's all.
