I'm afraid this probably isn't going to be of much use if you're wanting to find out how good the software is - it's good, but I'm not here to comment on that. What I am here for is the hope that the developer reads this soon!

The software comes with the e3 delivery service which is very good, until of course, it doesn't work! I have an important (aren't they all) job to send for a client via e3, and yet I can't connect to it. I've sent a couple of emails over the last few hours with no response. There's no telephone number to ring and no status update. I'm up s**t creak with nowhere else to turn but somebody else's software - which is going to cost more money, but I have to keep the clients happy, and they don't give a damn about what problems I have, just that there job goes out on time.

So, e3 if your reading this, PLEASE get the system back on line or let me know when it will be. Your software IS good, but the e3 delivery service is next to bloody useless to me if it isn't reliable enough to be there when I need it (especially when I've paid for the email credits in advance!).

Update: 6 months later and it would appear that the above occasion, as far as I'm aware, was the one and only time that the e3 service wasn't working. Other than this slight 'hiccup' I can't really fault the software.
There are currently no troubleshooting comments by this member.
