Two different browsers reported a faulty link
& no download even started. The browsers were Safari & Internet Explorer.

I'm interested in TubeTrack 0.4.3, but when I clicked the download link for it, I was transferred to a .Mac page that did not have the software. The error message reads" "we're sorry, but we can't find the Home Page you've requested......

I'm a longtime user of Alco's bookmark manager software, and would like to ask him a question about the documen-tation. To verify his e-mail address, I tried going to www.url-manager.com several days ago. The page would not load. Same result several times more recently. I'd be grateful to know his e-mail address.

I bought and used Eudora Pro 4.3, but have not for some years. I need an IMAP client, since I read mail from different locations. I can't seem to find out if it is or is not suitable as an IMAP client.

Toast 5.1 & 5.2 work fine in OS 9.2.2 provided you do sufficient extensions switching. Without that, Toast can't see, let alone burn onto CDs in a LaCie Drive. I don't mind this, LaCie was a great help telling me just what to switch & not to switch.
OS 10.2.3 is another story, an unhappy one: on a separate internal drive I "installed" Toast 5.2 from my CD. Nothing I have tried has let me launch Toast in a way that "sees" the external CD-RW unit. I think I've called every Roxio person from Toronto to California. They all say "it works on 10.1 or higher" (does that mean 10.1.5 or 10.2.3?).
They sold me, by phone, an "unnumbered installer" CD that's supposed to "fix things on OS 10" even though they say nothing needs fixing. But there seem to be people who had enough trouble to generate the new CD. And I've been waiting a week for it to arrive, without any luck. It's really hard to give meaningful ratings asked for when performance on different OS's has ranged from great to awful.

Where can I find more detailed info on how to use
Disk Copy effectively in Mac OS 9?

I searched the Apple site without success.

Even with a fast cable modem connection & following instructions carefully, download time for the trial is very slow. Is there something I'm not doing right?

I can't comment on it because the link won't let me connect to a .Mac download page!
