Tried a lot of players and I love this definitely simple and discreet one I can forgot letting it plays the music in background while I'm at work. Perfect.

Missing: a real full screen which one or more columns one can customize to a fixed width in characters, black background an nothing else displayed on the screen, except on mouse over. Not really bad but I'm waiting for a distraction free ePub reader on my 27" iMac. That's the reason for the low rating. Work in progress, not so much is missing.

Continuously crashes on Mac OS X Lion. Unusable. Anyway I figure out to check the tutorial and if it becomes stable, it could be worth. More work… Switched to Poedit.

This NV fork adds missing features to the original one. Mardown support is welcome and if you choose to stock as plaintext in a folder it's possible to synchronize with some text editors on iOS like PlainText or WriteRoom. Love it but I miss an opportunity to sort strictly by tag name.

@ Norz

Thank you for the info. I had no success searching by tags in Spotlight. It doesn't work despite I use this kind of query “tag:some-tag” but I found a little utility that works: TagLists.

http://hasseg.org/tagLists/

Anyway I'd like to perform this kind of query in nvALT search field and if possible on multiple tags.

Version 0.3.4 is not slow on my iMac. It is the best app to build I have tested these few days. Making very good and standard compliant code. It is useful to use it with a text editor as helper, like BBEdit or TextWrangler for instance. BBEdit is preferred because it can deliver and validate good code andTextWrangler is the light version of the soft. I'd like a better integration of Sigil with Mac OS guidelines but it's still a good app and it can progress a lot.
