ok users updating to 10.9 need to allow accessibility to *both* system preferences and jitouch in the privacy tab of security and privacy.

not sure what's going on but just tried updating and I get a warning about the certificate being false and downloading the package from the site produces a broken package that won't install.

not liking this much, stopped using in the mean time

absolutely blown away by this application not only can it do clever things with my trackpad but it can do amazing things with my keyboard too.

At the moment I'm using F keys as media control keys (as opposed to Apple's frankly frustrating built in ones) not only have I set the keys to control VLC globally, I've also set the same keys to control Cog and neither controls launch the app leaving them free to control other things if necessary. Even better I've even added volume global shortcuts for Cog's volume keys which at time of writing isn't built in. basically letting you make your own global media keys out of F7 to F12

Gestures on the other hand are a little bit lacking when compared to jitouch, sure they might be a bit more expansive but not as reliable to trigger but generally workable, I probably need to get used to them a bit more.

The BTT remote for iOS also looks very interesting so I might be trying that out soon

can't set F keys as play/pause and skip back/forward and iTunes access doesn't work, just skims through my entire library like it can't find files

also on rerunning an app will skip through the playlist in the same manner. using the old version until I find something better

Like it a lot but the lack of keyboard media key support is driving me mad

I quite like this but I'd appreciate options to change the key that triggers this

hurray for narrow tab bar! if only Google could follow suit and ditch that annoying waste of pixels.

other than that, fantastic loads of features all for free, thank you so much

nice app, cleans up my menu bar items and is pretty configurable however does it really need to be a 64bit only app and suck up nearly 40mb? Seems a little excessive to me

for those of you updating to snow leopard, please make sure you re-enable the dock icon otherwise you get a constantly spawning/crashing application that requires a hard reset.

if you have this problem, delete your ecoute preference in your ~/library/Preferences folder and the ecoute folder in the ~/library/application support folder and do not try and hide the dock icon
