I wonder why it hasn't been updated for retina displays. It looks pretty bad.

I've been using SEIntelligence for a year now and it's great. SERank hasn't been updated for retina displays. I guess that's kind of petty, but I've been burned so many times when an app just gets dropped. Does SERank get regular updates?

I am so impressed with BookMacster. There is nothing else that can do what it does. I was looking for a way to manage my pinboard bookmarks on my Mac and I found it. It also nicely pushes my bookmarks to firefox and safari. What BookMacster does a lot and you need to take 10 minutes to read the manual or it can get confusing, but it works very well.

The developer is also surprisingly helpful. He walked me through an issue I had and has even implemented a small feature that I was looking for in the update that was released today.

This is what I love about small third-party developers. Good ones listen and and dedicated to their work.

I own the previous version of Website Auditor and I've had a good experience with it. No, SEO is not a science but it requires you to filter a lot of information. This application helps with this a lot.

I owned version 3, and it was great. I've been trying the demo for version 4, and I have to say that it blows the competition away. I own CleanMyMac, and it does everything plus a lot more. It does way more than a number of other multi-utility apps I've tried.

In terms of getting junk off your mac that you don't want or is hard to get at, MacCleanse is fantastic.

Unfortunately, their customer service right now is not so hot, so I'm not going to buy it. Hopefully, they'll figure out their staffing problem, because MacCleanse is awesome.

I'm very thankful for this. It's awesome. I just wanted to mention that the updates drive me crazy. It doesn't have an internal update mechanism, updates are released almost every other day, they are almost 90mb and the server it downloads from is soooooo slow all the time. I'd like to keep calibre updated, but it drives me crazy. I would love to pay some money for this any time if it would help with development.

Thanks

I find the new MacCleanse quite useful. It works well and does a lot of things that I have previously used multiple utility apps to do. I used version 3 throughout its entire life cycle and I never had any problems. Version 4 updates the user interface and makes it easier to understand what you're doing, but it still has an "advanced" mode that is quite powerful.

Whatever the dispute that is going on has nothing to do with the quality of the software and the fact that someone has spent a longtime making it work well. Any dispute between professionals should never be made public as it only hurts both parties. As a freelancer and consultant I have learned how important it is to have everything written down and signed so there isn't problems later on. I hope that both Macupdate and the MacCleanse developer will learn from this and ultimately become better companies.

Speaking in general, I have become tired of these "bundle sales". There is too much incentive for the "quick buck" mentality to sneak in. I have been irritated by bundled software that becomes obsolete a couple of months later or gets a price increase for no apparent reason. As always, you get what you pay for. If I get 10 apps for $20, I can't expect as much as if I had paid full price. You can't blame developers for trying to make money. They work hard and rarely receive the credit they deserve.

If you like software that is not strictly from Apple or Microsoft, get used to paying for it—bundle sales not included—otherwise the business model does not work and we will all lose.

Love it!!! Been waiting a while to have iBooks on the mac. Works great. too bad for the folks that think its cool to run snow leopard and then wonder why syncing doesn't work.

Great little add on. Thanks for making it!! Please update the logo though. As the saying goes, don't judge an app by its logo; but unfortunately people sadly do. There should be a rating for the "look and feel". otherwise, it's great. It doesn't really crash on me like others have said, so yay.
