Latexian is very nice "single-window application" that makes working on LaTeX documents a pleasant and productive experience. I've used TeXShop before I discovered Latexian, and although it is a fine application, Latexian has considerably more polish. The single-window interface is fully configurable, and I like the ability to see a live preview of what I'm working on just to the right of the text I'm typing in. Other nice features include the "File Browser" and "Navigator", which makes jumping around in a large document composed of several source .tex files easy to do. I've sent an email to the developer asking him to enhance these capabilities to be more "Scrivener-like", so that outlining and structuring longer documents is even easier. (Scrivener is another nice application, ideal for flexibly structuring large documents such a book.)

I've given Latexian ratings of 5 for Ease of Use, Value, and Stability. It's an excellent application, and I've shaved my rating for Features to 4.5, only because I'd like to encourage the developer to continue to enhance the application. With a bit more work, it could be an absolutely top-notch program.
