I'm limping along with Contactizer Pro, OS 10.7, and experiencing crashes. The latest crash report I sent bounced back, identified as being spam. Sad.

Only purchase this software if you are interested in frustration, no support and a lame reason to spend over $100 on an application that is not completely functional. Rubbish!

Why is this still listed on MacUpdate?

It appears the Contactizer folks no longer support their application.

Iā€™ve sent countless e-mail and crash reports requesting support and have NEVER received a reply. Their support forum and wiki have been down for maintenance since at least October 2012.

The Mac Mail integration, beyond viewing my inbox, is busted.

Contacts can not be exported. Contact categories do not stick.

Calendar integration is a complete failure.

There is no iOS support although it is claimed on the company website.

The claim that Contactizer functions on Mountain Lion is not true for a number of users who have complained that it consistently crashes on launch.

In its time, Contactizer PRO was an amazing CRM for Mac folks. Now, not so much.

Move along Mac users. This software is not the CRM you are looking for.

They live!

From the Objective Decision website... (http://objective-decision.com/en/news/)

A 3.8.15 pre-release compatible with Mountain Lion is available

We have released a 3.8.15 pre-release compatible with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. You can download it from here: Contactizer Pro 3.8.15 pre-release.

I've received an alert from Mail that ODMailBundle has been disabled and that I should contact the developers for a compatible version.

No longer having the ability to send mail through Mail is a major workflow disruption. I attempted to search the Objective Decision forum for a workaround and found that it had been disabled. A QFE (quick fix engineering) for this is needed.

Immediate attention is greatly appreciated. Please respond with an eta.
