I bought Daylite thinking this would be an ample solution to replace Goldmine when we switched from PC to MAC. While I like the features that are offered, they are not the easiest to use and the program in itself has been very unstable. Pipelines are difficult to use and set-up and are not logical. It's obvious that a programmer decided on the set-up rather than a sales person.

I have had a number of problems that have cost me days without access to my database. Trying to get help from Daylite support is ridiculous. I'm used to good customer service where you call and get a live person.

Before buying this, do an experiment and attempt to contact Daylite and get someone on the phone. 100% of the time I get their voicemail and it takes more than a day to get a response.

As a business owner, being without my database, which is my lifeline is not acceptable by any means. Right now, I've left two messages and two emails attempting to gain access as my licenses failed to work. I reinstalled Daylite server, add the licenses again and now I can open the database but it says the administrator has to activate this user. I'm the only user and it's not allowing me in.

Now, I am unable to gain access to my leads, call or follow up. I'm actively seeking a replacement for Daylite.
