A demo from the MAS would be fine. And 4 map pins would be fine also.

I realize that $1.99 will not break the bank, but at least a 10 day free trial would be nice and necessary as far as I'm concerned.

I've gotten stung too many times buying software without a trial first. No trial? Forget it!

No trial period? Forget it! I suppose we are to buy it on blind faith and if we don't like it attempt to get out money back.

ver 2.0.3, OS X 10.9, cannot sync/upload bookmarks from Safari, starts to upload and then fails and attaches a question mark to the toolbar Icon. I am signed into the Xmarks site.

I have used Koingo's software for years. I find MacPilot, as well as, Data Guardian to be extremely good and the support is excellent. I don't know what happened between MacUpdate and Koingo to warrant the comment, in red, on this site but, I for one, am ignoring it and will continue to purchase Koingo's excellent software. Also; I can't understand the comments about a Koingo subscription. Can't find any reference to a subscription on their site and have never paid a yearly fee for any of their software.

I don't understand all the confusion. Read Koingo's license agreement.
