Has the Textexpander issue resolved? I keep trying a new version only to find that it still doesn't support it.

I would have given this program much higher mark if it supported one feature - ignore outputs from programs such as Textexpander. I wrote to the developers several times, but never heard back from them. It's too bad.

The suggestion to put TextExpander to ignore doesn't work. I wrote to the developer after it didn't work.

Slow development, lack of cloud sync across multiple devices, lack of features (e.g., sub projects, repeating tasks under projects, etc.), and bugs on multiple platforms.

I would have given a higher rating for this, but given my recent experience I cannot. I bought the NEO 2 beta version only a month ago and paid $10 to support the developer. However, today I find that I can't update my program to 1.01 and wrote to the developer. To my dismay, I was told that I need to purchase the program via App Store and pay another $4.99 for the program. I wrote to the developer that this is not the best way to support your existing customers when a brand new customer only needs to pay $4.99 while the existing customer is now paying $14.99 for the program. I have dealt with many software companies in the past, and most outstanding companies do not engage in this type of practice. I am not going to invest any more in the company product. I wrote off $10 as a lesson learned from this.

After installation, my main screen went blank or it was hard to see anything on the screen.

After a couple of reboots using power button, I got the main screen back, but then I didn't want to take chance that this will happen again.

I uninstalled LCC 3.1, and the problem hasn't happened for several reboots.

I'm staying away from this.

I just upgraded to 1.87 from 1.82 and had a problem with the upgraded version. I wrote to them thinking that I won't hear back for a few days, but within a few hours, I had an answer. I asked them another question, and within 5 minutes, I had the response as well.

Wow! I would call that excellent customer service. It's the service like that that really gives confidence about the company and the program!

So far, it's working great.

Extremely convenient to take side notes when you are working on the documents and great for reminders when you open up the documents!
