This product is no longer needed since doing a clean install of Mavericks. Flash movies play great in Safari now without this redundant preference pane.

I used Migration Assistant to transfer over only a few files from my old system. Either way I am running Flash movies in Safari without this Preference Pane.

I don't even use this anymore. My Logitech mouse and keyboard work great without it.

Makes your Mac feel new again. Fun to use and works with everything on my system so far. You can even turn off specific programs. Kaleidoscope is gone and it's been years, but thankfully "theming" has returned to the Mac. Very happy with it!

My computer has been running slow until I completely uninstalled Flash player. It runs great now. This thing is a resource hog. Just check the Terminal. Flash is almost obsolete.

I noticed that sometimes my overall computer experience is sluggish, even with no browser open. But as soon as I uninstall Flash my computer runs like the wind again. I have a MacPro with lots of ram. I wonder if the problem is caused by the control panel that gets installed by Flash.

All I know is that if my computer starts to act sluggish, uninstalling then reinstalling Flash returns my computer to normal. This is without ever opening any browsers. It may be hard to believe Mikael B. but it's true. i just don't know why.

Fast and free but by the time you figure out how to configure everything and deal with the quirkiness, you could have just paid the money, upgraded Parallels and been done with it.

If you're having trouble receiving notification messages in Mountain Lion, this fixes it. (from Apple forum)

Clear all old Messages off the iPhone

In Settings > Messages > Received At > Caller ID enter the Apple ID in use in Mesage on the Mac.

Worked for me!

YouTube videos are choppy now. I love the speed of the new Safari in Snow Leopard but videos take forever to load and stop and go. I've reinstalled Safari, ran Onyx. Still choppy videos.

I'm experimenting and I think this has to do with Flash. A bit better after Flash reinstallation.
