I've been using this program for quite a while now and am very pleased with how it works on the Mac. I could not possibly keep track of all the user names and passwords I have without some kind of password manager and this is so easy to use as well as having the advantage of syncing with my iPhone and iPad. I sync through Dropbox and have run into occasional syncing problems through my own ineptitude, but was able to get them straightened out. I just had a problem with 1Password not working after installing it on a new Macbook Air, but Support isolated the problem to the Safari extension and gave me very clear step-by-step instructions to resolve the problem, so all is well. I especially appreciate 1Password because Yahoo has a habit of often logging me out of my email within minutes of my logging in (only on my computers both old and new with the new one a fresh installation from scratch, not on my iPhone or iPad) so that I sometimes have to log in many times a day and this program makes it so much easier. My only suggestion for improvement is adding a way to activate the automatic completion feature outside of browser windows such as when signing into iTunes. Perhaps it already exists and I just don't know how to use it.
