Still no update on MAS. TWO years and only a single update?
Why don't you just close this sh*t "company"?

I will keep posting it here forever until this "company" decide to update the MAS version, which I payed the same as anybody else.

I think you guys didn't get it quite right.

I bought it 2 years ago and only had one update so far. Apple "new" rules doesn't apply. Apple ANY rules doesn't apply because I meant 2 YEARS and 1 UPDATE ONLY!

Plus, I don't care about what's on their blog, I don't have to go searching for anything, they have to email me and tell me what's going on. Also, I've contact them and asked for a refund or migrate my licence and they stopped replying after that.

So you people that should stop crying about it and realise there's something missing and this is not perfect as you say.

4 days ago I sent another email and NEVER got a reply. This is my 11th message here and also not a single reply from them.

There's no excuse for 2 years and 1 update on MAS. Stop bitch*ng about it, you all.

IF there's a real problem with Apple during the last 2 years, why the heck they don't reply to my emails or offer every MAS user to migrate their licence? Why they were rude during my first two emails last year when I asked the same thing? Why they stopped replying to my messages when I asked for a refund or to migrate my licence? Why they never replied to my last email 4 days ago asking the same thing?

I'm a user, I don't care about Apple's or Panic's fault, I care about the UPDATES that every other user outside the MAS is getting and I'm not! I don't have to understand a single thing about why this is not happening, I only need a fix to the matter.

I payed for it and it was not cheap for a FTP app which the promise was to be the best one. I could easily find a pirate version ALWAYS UPDATED but I decided to buy it, so now I expect the best their claim to offer.

Don't complain when people start telling others OUTSIDE the MU about how bad the support and the lack of updates from MAS is. Don't complain when they even send the link with the pirated version updated, on my the same negative message because this is what you guys are asking for.

THE WORST SUPPORT I'VE EVER SEEN! SINCE I BOUGHT IT LAST YEAR FROM THE MAS, I ONLY GOT A SINGLE UPDATE. I'M STILL USING THE FREAKING 4.2 VERSION AND THE SUPPORT IS RUDE AS HELL!

First of all, try updating a MAS version, if you at least know what it means. I'm sure you don't otherwise you wouldn't even bother embarrassing yourself with your reply here.

And doesn't matter how I typed it, what matters is the fact I needed support and didn't get it, twice! They were actually rude and didn't helped me at all. The last time I only asked for informations regarding updates for the MAS version and they said they couldn't help me, then I asked for a refund and they never replied to me again!

So, if it is working for you, it means it is working for EVERY OTHER USER out there?

Why don't you leave this part for the developers to answer? Because so far I don't remember asking for anybody's opinion here, surely not from a "smart***" like you. ;)

David, I bought my version on Fev 03, 2011 and I only had one update to the 4.2 version so far, which is the one I'm using now. It wasn't the only one released by them, there were a few others that they didn't submit to the MAS, like this last version (4.3.1) for example, and when I asked them why, a long time ago, they said they couldn't help me.

It means they are only worried about clients who bought it directly from their online store, since so far, the MAS clients only had one update since fev 03, 2011, which is my case.

This is not about updates from MAS taking longer because that is not the first update I'm missing. As I said, I have been using it since Fev 03, 2011 and only had a single update on MAS but they keep releasing updates outside the MAS.

I also have the right to have the version I bought on MAS, updated. Very simple and pretty much it.

The version under my post shows the latest version of the app here on MU, nothing else.

Good for you all but that doesn't explain why they are not freaking submitting the updates to the MAS.
And by the way, the sh*t support still prevails, so far I haven't received ANY single response for my last email to them, yesterday morning. HAHA

A big stinky joke, like all these fake reviews here!

I have been using it for quite some time, almost 2 years and I never had any kind of problem or crash. It is very easy to set and run smooth.

I bought it from here http://www.blazingtools.com and apparently they have changed the website for this new version. Maybe they decided to really act professionals since they never were.

There's a few things everybody should be aware.

First of all the support is very bad and rude. The only 2 times I asked any information I was treated like I was asking for a favour and the second time they didn't even replied to me anymore. The second thing is I NEVER received ANY kind of contact from them, about app updates or whatever! That being said, I still use the SAME version from almost 2 years ago because there's no auto-update or whatever ways to update it inside the app. It still runs fine, of course, but I expected to be updated at some point.

Hope any of the developers will read this and contact me. Now I want this supposed "new" version which has "future updates for free" and a very friendly support, since these are things I NEVER had from them.

Anyway, the download link you provided doesn't work. I replied that yesterday and still didn't get any answer.

I'm glad I could talk to someone able to give me a proper support about this amazing app.

If you are looking for the best app to check on your kids and what they are doing online, this is the right app for you. As I said I have been using it to protect my kids for almost 2 years and so far I have no regrets. This is the best app of its kind available.

I have been using this app for quite a long time and after this last update I can already see some improvement running on ML 10.8.2.

I would love to see a new feature in order to decide which apps use either discrete or integrated graphics card. That would be amazing!

Anyone would suggest me something?

Hello, I just downloaded it from your website now for testing and I can't find the menu to fast create compressed files, inside the Finder.
Maybe because I'm using a trial version or maybe it is TotalFinder's fault?

It is working fine. I didn't find that option before. :P

I liked it so much that I bought through the Mac App Store 20 minutes after installing the trial version.

Amazing work and the app is so well designed.

Not a good support, they are always rude and never reply with accurate information.
I have been trying to get an updated version of their app for almost 2 years and it never happened!

Just check the Reviews/Comments here and you will understand exactly what I'm talking about.

Stay away from unprofessionals people like them!
