I like it and for the most part lets me chat with friends, etc. What bugs me is not being able click the friends name in the chat when he/she is offline and simply open the email client. I have to open it myself, sign in again, and type in the email address. Doesn't seem big, but just a stupid thing to do when the info is there in the first place and programs asks you if you want to send an email instead. Even the packaged with MSoffice version shares this flaw.

I actually love this product. I don't use it for all my files, but it sure helps me to visually organize those pesky little files that are easy to forget.

Tech support is A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Buy this product with certainty!

Do not use in a professional setting. It cannot be counted on and customer support does not respond to inquiries AT ALL.

Under a deadline I needed to redact material from certain documents for submission to another firm. The results were unpredictable and simply could not be trusted. Being under a deadline I just bit the bullet and bought Adobe Acrobat. It cost a lot more, but the results were flawless.

Not in all cases, but certainly in this case: quality comes at a much higher cost. Save your time and aggravation. If not Acrobat test another competitor to find an alpha program that performs better than a beta.

This could be a great browser, but it is the most aggravating browser. Why? Because every couple of days (seriously) there is a new patch which jumps to the middle of your screen no matter what project you might be working on... FireFox people get your release together before you release it as stable. If you don't mind seemingly daily popups, go for it.

Who gave me the negatives? The developers? If so you guys should take a lesson from Chrome and Safari.

I want this god forsaken tool bar off all of my browsers. I hate it and there is no apparent way to get rid of it. No tech support and googling only finds more frustrated people... look for yourself. I hate this kind of tenacious crap software with no uninstall. I thought this crap disappeared 10 years ago.

This program, despite what the developers says, uses a nice chunk of computer resources. The most notable is that the battery charge is shortened by more than 2/3's when this program runs. Also there are problems getting the program to respond consistently to the general preferences.

Also, I have the beef that immediately after purchasing the developing immediately tries to sell you on the "updated version" implying that the original purchase was for an old version. Stinks of greed.
