I've been using DiskCatalogMaker for several years (at least since mid 2007). When I was researching the different cataloging software that was available at that time there wasn't anything on the market that would catalog as fast as DiskCatalogMaker.

The following version upgrade message from Fujiwara Software for the past 6 years has definitely help to keep me loyal:
"This major update version is a free upgrade for registered users of DiskCatalogMaker."

FREE…FREE…LOL…are you kidding me. Who else does that on major releases for years? From their version history it appears they have been giving free upgrades (at least) since 2002, when version 3.0 was released. I wish I purchased the initial release of DiskCatalogMaker just to know I was getting free upgrades for 24+ years)

I would think the competitors have improved (maybe not) since my original analysis but DiskCatalogMaker gives me what I want and it gives it to me fast. Granted, I don't need all of the bells and whistles but DiskCatalogMaker keeps me cataloged.
[Version 6.4.4b2]
