What a pleasant surprise. From the first time I opened up this version I could tell they had really cleaned up. The bugginess (crashing, alert failures) I complaind about in 4 is gone, and I have warmed up to the new appearance.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about... But to be fair, I have not been using it very long.

Thanks Skype.

Thank you pointing that out, it was that I did not like. It is too bad you have an unpleasant attitude, I think you would be more helpful otherwise.

Skype really focused on making it look better and screwed up some things that worked well in the process.

With my install (macbook pro with 10.5.8), message alert, even when activated does not work...

And this version will crash when I close it (the last version I was using never did)
I do not like that I can not undock the video pane... That is a personal gripe and to be fair I have not tried to had to figure out if it is possible.

I do like how I can disable the video preview of myself. And overall it does look a lot sharper.

Skype is a wonderful service and I think everyone who uses it is very grateful, I hope they can fix these issues and move forward

It is up to 3.5 now...

Everything seems to be running quite well on my 1st gen MBP and 10.6.8 combo. just open the .jar file and be amazed at how much you listen to the same few songs over and over again : )

Really interesting stuff. More than I was thinking about when I started looking for this kind of software.

One humble suggestion for the developer, some sort of scaling control would be nice. If you have examples of many different genres Super Analyzer 3.5 tries to crowd them all on an ordinate axis with one screen height. So they are not legible.

Cheers to nosleep software,

Cool little application : )

Does exactly what is says, has a pleasant appearance and is offered at a great price.

The default encoding is Japanese win/dos, this worked out great for me but you may need to adjust it. Encoding options are listed by nation rather than iso code... thats kind of nice.

At present the download link is busted but if you follow the "more info" link you can find it eventually.

One thing that might be nice would be the ability to make different parts of the viewing panel more or less transparent.

but I am not bickering...

To the developer; Thanks for a cool application!

It is pretty neat and is pleasant to watch too...

But I am a little confused by the data input format. Above the mass field it shows "Mass
(100 kg)" So, for the sun do input 1.989e+30 Kg/100 = 1.989e+28 Kg? In that case if we assume the earth is moving at about 29 Km/sec and is on the X axis we should input (29/10000) Km/sec in the Y field? Or are the parenthetic text only suggestions and full scale parameters should be entered?

Because this does not seem very intuitive to me, my only real suggestion is that It would be nice if this was explained in the Read Me.

Thanks for a fun application.
