A great program. Don't let the first screen shot fool you, the output available is actually very impressive.

I just wish there was more control over colours, line types etc.

Some great maps and street view is incredible.

BUT - Zooming with the mouse wheel does not work. It works on the Google maps website. It makes using this painful without the mouse wheel.

Otherwise ok. I imagine its partially to do with Lion.

I am running version 6.2.2 on that utterly huge pile of cat crap, aka Lion. So I suppose what difference will another thing thats broken make to my productivity. Thanks Apple, cant wait for Mountain Lion with all of its swiping, lack of control and coolness.

Nice upgrade, lovely eye candy BUT Internet sharing does not work. I have several macs, and AP extreme and a time capsule, all say they are connected to the internet (green light) but I have no internet connection in browsers.

Apple knows about this since last summer, but Apple does not care because Apple are releasing a new iPad. They want to make billions.

I care. I have wasted several hours trying to fix their problem. I am beginning to hate Apple, its beginning to feel like I'm using windows.

D9 You're correct it's my fault. I upgraded.

There are lots of posts and discussions about broken internet sharing. I even sent a Bug report, not that they ever do anything about them. The iPad cometh.

OK, I just got it to work without Applecare (which I have yet to use). To be honest I didn't think about it until your replies to this post.

I just went into Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration and trashed com.apple.network.identification.plist and then restarted.

Still a bug to me as the plist contained multiple entries for my network connections, wrong IP address, an incorrect Subnet and some weird DNS settings I never heard about.

Works fine now. Will post this on Mac Rumors, Apple Discussions site later.

There has been an issue with Safari 5.1 where the context menus doesn't work, in other words if you use Safari 5.1 this program DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED.

Developers have known about this since June, but most likely much earlier as surely they had access to the developer previews of both Lion and Safari 5.1.

They have since LOCKED the bug report section on their forum. When I reported the bug, I was told to be patient!!!

Once again THIS DOES NOT WORK IN SAFARI 5.1. There is NO Youttube download option, never has been.

Basically, this is false advertising.

Your immediate and detailed response is noted, but why the delay with the update? Also, you were doing quiet well on the customer relations front until the "feel free to use something else". If an employee said that to one of our customers, they would be on extended vacation ;-)

The thing is, SD is the best download manager available, when it works. At the moment it does not work.

You need to warn customers about this BEFORE they purchase, not apologise after the fact.
