Bought Postbox a month or so ago, and been using it every day since.

Postbox is a fast e-mail app. The fastest one I've ever used, in fact.
I also love that it groups e-mails together by string, and does this fairly flawlessly.

For a home user, it lacks all of the fun, none of the great features from Thunderbird, such as the HTML view are available. For a business user on the other hand, it is clean and tidy. No clutter, and things are easy to find.

If only it would run! Perhaps it is fantastic on a Windows Platform; but having tried it on a MAC, I don't care to repeat the experience.
I've had my MAC for 3 1/2 years, and before I bought Postbox it was absolutely rock solid. Not a single hiccup, EVER.

These days, not so much. Postbox eats processor power in a way I haven't seen an app do since Windows 98. Virtual memory usage is even worse. As MAC OS is great at handling both of these; if these were the only issues it still would be an ok app.

But no. It hangs, often and repeatedly. Thanks to Postbox have I learned the Command+Option+Escape combination by heart. (Ctrl/Alt/Del for MAC). Lately though, this hasn't been enough. Now we're into hard booting. As in cut the power.

I have some hard core apps on this machine; (Macbook 5.5), and it runs just fine. Aperture and Photoshop are two. No problem whatsoever! Just don't run Postbox. Slows the machine to a crawl!

Oh, let's see what else is fun. It loses mail!! This was my favorite of all features.

The help files are useless and there is no forum that I have found. Finally came across some advice by surfing; it said to reset the apps GUI. So I did. Good thing I saved my license information because it reset a whole lot more than the view!

Customer service is absolutely unresponsive. It is as if you are sending messages to a dead address. No recognition whatsoever.

Finally stumbled across the helpdesk on Twitter today. Going to be fun to see if there is any response there.

Look, Postbox Crowd; this app is so obviously still in the testing phase. Please do yourselves a favor and finish programming the thing! Then set yourself up a user community. Nine out of ten times the users can then help each other; this helps us and you, as there is less traffic you have to worry about.

Then respond to user questions will you? If your app actually worked, it would be fantastic!

As it is; I'll be uninstalling it and chalking up the lost money to stupidity on my part.
