My PC started to behave weird under Lion right after installation and hung after restart.

I had to start in safe mode and use the uninstaller which I found in the utilities folder. Could have been my configuration so only 3 stars - just a hint for those who may experience similar problems.

Generally I like how Apple is working with metaphors (e.g. desktop as conceptual metaphor for a working desk) but in some cases it makes just no sense anymore.

This is particularly true, when it is hindering or slowing down my workflows. And the Apple Address Book does. Since it was introduced I disliked it because in general you just open it for a single action and then close it again - unlike application you open and work with them for a while.

Cookbook does what Apple should have done since long: a fast, ubiquitous access to contacts that eases the users life. Neat features, easy to understand. Great, piece of software. Starry Sky!

Need an eye surgery. Opened it and didn't see any improvements.

Unusuable piece of crap. Can be an example how to make the worst nightmares of U/X, usabilty and GUI designers to come true, and unite them in one application.

Only solution at this moment is back to 2.8:

I am sorry but the GUI, usability and user experience is really bad. Skype 5 beta needs almost a quarter of my screen, it is unlogical and I don't know how I can sort my contacts (active on top).

I hope Skype rethinks this design or gives the users at least options to adapt the windows to their needs - like Adium for example (here on my screen with 1200 px height )

I switched back to 2.8 after 10 minutes and was wondering what these interface designers have smoked.
