This is a reply to the "Fishscale" reply below:
You say "it has a couple of deal breaking features missing", so if they're missing you're clear to buy it right? Boy do we love to listen to (/read) ourselves talk! Even if we can't actually write...
This little app is as close to perfect as can be: it does one thing and it does simply, cleanly and quick! That alone is a giant accomplishment in the software world! What this Fishguy is talking about is no more no less than a New Finder Window! Which has long been a staple feature of the Mac Os; A Folder! You know the kind where you can store whatever A, B all the way to Z and back and then do all the "selective persistence-ing" you want. It "can only handle one drop at a time"? That's the whole point! That is why I, and all kinds of other sentient beings purchase it. Otherwise it woulda been called DragsnDrops, and it would have been useless since its sole purpose would be to replicate what you can already call with a very simple Command-N.
Your "needs are simple" Mr FischCake, they're called Macs for Dummies! "seems nice if your needs are simple"?? Tout your own horn will you? Taking this reply apart is/would be annoying at best. This reply is the work of careless individual who has a, no respect for an honest developer's work and b, way too much time on their hands. I stand by what I said about DragonDrop: it does what it says and it does it well.
As to FishGump: Go on and get another chocolate!

I had to uninstall Hazel2 to install 3, that trashes all rules!! No matter what some say on this thread; the uninstall wipes out your rules!! Noodlesoft needs to fess up, fix this and apologize! They can't even have their software update directly, you have to go to their site, download the demo and then direct it to that license file.
It's gonna take forever to remember/set up the rules again. To me Hazel was a set it and forget it type thing, i didn't even need any bug fixes/"new features"! No more "updates" for this bozo!! It'll go to teach me not to update just because they decide to cash in again! Why the extra half star? Just because it did work up until this fiasco/update/ripoff. Aaargh!!
