20 dollars. No way on this planet. Developer, please, please get a clue and stop being greedy.

I guess you have a point. While Echofon might be cutting edge, there is no way it is THAT much better than some of the free clients to justify 20 dollars. The dev can keep his product as far as I am concerned.

I have given up on this app as well. While the 2.99 is not a problem. having a functioning app is. MeunWeather simply does not work on my MBP. The lite version does. I will remove both, Apple can keep the 2.99 but from now on I will try to find non-App Store versions of apps. Not having a try before you buy option sucks. Thus the following ratings. This applies to the MeunWeather app, not the lite version.

I think it is sneaky the way they push the purchase to the App Store where you are forced to buy without trying. Then you have to fight with Apple to get your money back. I would not bother with this app simply because of the way the developer is trying to hide behind the app store.

My thoughts.

While this might be a novel and interesting way to control your Mac, I feel the way the developer has positioned his product as App Store only which limits redress in case of a problem is sneaky. Many people want to try before they buy and now this option does not appear to be there. Buy it and if you don't like it, then go through the dance to get your money back. Until the developer fixes the way to try this app due to the number of negative reviews, I would avoid this app.

@D9,

You have become annoying now.

1. I do not need your apology nor do I care if I receive one from you. You don't seem to get the fact that you do not matter to me.

2. I am not going to provide you jack. I made my statement about the app. If you want to pay for it then do so. I don't see the need to.

3. Stop annoying me.

4. I corrected my mistake of issuing one star. It now has five.

5. See number 3.

@Leooborg,

What is the difference between what these guys have done (packaged a hack and now charge for it) as opposed to the hacks that are out there for free. If you can't see the difference then you must work for the company that developed the "app".

Why pay for this when it is completely free on the net? I've been Air Printing for quite a while. Sorry but I would not pay one dollar for something that does the same thing that I can get for free.

@D9,

I read it and I am still not convinced that it is worth paying for. There is this thing called an opinion. Go to www.dictionary.com and read what it means. There are plenty of scripts out there that do the exact same thing and they are for free. I will say however that I was incorrect in awarding a one star to the developer and I will attempt to remedy that, but my OPINION still stands. By the way, I could not care less about minus or plus ratings as these are awarded by anonymous people that mean very little to me.
