Tried Proxifier, MacProxy and ProxyCap:
Out of those, ProxyCap is the only one which can manage your SSH tunnel, even when using Public Key Authentication.

My Score:
+ Robust feature set
+ Manages SSH Connection with Public Key
+ DNS Resolution can be chosen on a per rule basis
- Interface lacks polish (e.g. Menubar Icon is ugly and sticks out against all others, Icons for rule action are just as well)

Compared to competition:
- Proxifier sports traffic monitoring and more flexible rule management
- MacProxy has cleaner interface

Finally I'd like to say, that during my tests all of the Applications tested were working without causing any trouble. They all offer a free trial, so try before you buy.

Tried Proxifier, MacProxy and ProxyCap:
Out of those, Proxifier offers the best rule management and feature-set.

My Score:
+ Superb rule management (Wildcards even in Application name)
+ Great realtime traffic overview
+ Profile switching is nice and simple
+ Works without installation and/or restart
- Does not manage SSH tunnel

Compared to competition:
- ProxyCap manages SSH tunnel; DNS resolution can be selected on a per rule basis
- MacProxy has a simpler Interface

Finally I'd like to say, that during my tests all of the Applications tested were working without causing any trouble. They all offer a free trial, so try before you buy.

Forgot to mention: Documentation is awesome. Each and every feature has been documented. You don't see that all too often nowadays.

Tried Proxifier, MacProxy and ProxyCap:
Of those, I liked the interface of MacProxy the most. Clean and simple.

My Score
+ Interface is nice
+ If you use an SSH Proxy, MacProxy will manage the connection for you
+ Switching proxies can be done via Menubar
O Installs as a pref pane (I prefer this for apps like this, YMMV)
- Could not find a way to get SSH Public Key authentication to work.

Compare to competition
- Proxifier offers more flexible rule management (Wildcards even in Application name), but does not manage SSH connections. Got nice traffic display as well
- ProxyCap offers Proxy Chaining and SSH Public Key auth

Finally I'd like to say, that during my tests all of the Applications tested were working without causing any trouble.

Consumes more resources than I would like, but I kind of like the interface. Offline Playlists (require Spotify Premium subscription) are great if you have have unreliable internet access.

The interface is nice and clean, but it's basically just a web wrapper. That's fine, unless your internet connection is bad. Every time I select an item it takes a second or two to load. That makes it a bit frustrating to use.

Note: I only have a 1 Mbit internet connection, so take my comment with a grain of salt (also, no rating for me due to that fact).

Clips doesn't work properly for me. It doesn't save clips and consumes lots of ram.

I tried to contact the developer, but he did not react to my mails nor to the bug report I filed on conceitedsoftware.com .

My Recommendation: avoid apps from Conceited Software.
