Nice app overall, a bit pricey. Sometimes adding events takes a while to show up (I'm using BusyCal and iCloud), not sure if that's a Fantastical issue. A few rare occasions it never shows up, I have to check BusyCal to make sure -- it should at least save them somewhere. Still waiting for to-dos/reminders. And I wish it was easier to enter custom alarms.

If they ever give it a real update, it could be a good app and could replace Excel for many users. Just improve the performance and stability and add a few Excel features that are missing. But right now forget about using it for spreadsheets that even moderately large -- it becomes unusable.

For basic outlining needs, it has a very nice and easy to use interface especially with the sections drawer in the Pro version. (Styles, however, are sometimes not so easy to use). In fact, it's surprising that other apps haven't really been able to match its basic features. Development of new features is absurdly slow, if they hadn't said otherwise I would have just assumed they were done with it. Still a very good app.

I've spent a long time looking for that perfect organization/productivity app. It all depends on your specific needs, but I think DT Pro may finally be the one I've been looking for (hopefully!). Especially nice is that it plays well with OmniOutliner, so I don't need to use rich text files as a poor man's outliner within the app. The only drawback perhaps is that they keep promising a syncing solution that so far hasn't come -- apparently there are potential issues in using something like Dropbox to sync databases.

Looks nice, but expensive for what it does. If I could set a custom alarm while entering a task, I'd most likely buy it.

Good app, but slow and occasionally unstable. I haven't found any alternatives that I prefer.

I've tried the app and would be interested in buying it, but the price is too high relative to competitors, especially since there is apparently a significant upgrade price about every year. Other than being slow at times, the app itself is quite good for what it does.

I like the features, but it's slow and freezes on big files. Also, it didn't save some of my bookmarks (and I didn't use session bookmarks, which I assume are not saved, it wasn't explained anywhere).

Update please? I wasn't able to import all of my bookmarks into the beta, and the last release is buggy in Snow Leopard.

Gave up on it a while ago. I'm using the Firefox delicious add-on, it works well as long as Yahoo doesn't completely ruin delicious.

For a simple app, it sure is taking a long time to get the website/syncing capability released. I haven't tried the developer versions. It's a nice app though for someone who doesn't need the complexity of OmniFocus for example.
