The program delivers on it's promises. You can easily add POI's (points of interest) to your Garmin GPS either by adding them manually, copying from the Address Book or importing them from .csv files. It is very easy organize your POI's into collections by dragging and dropping like iPhoto or iTunes. The Google maps integration lets you visualize where the POI is when away from your GPS. You can even manage proximity alerts for your POI's. I did this for my Dunkin' Donuts list, so when I'm near a DD my Garmin Nuvi let's me know. I've had a lot of fun setting up POI's for the Nuvi and I think I now have over 17,000 entered.

When your ready to update the GPS, the program integrates easily with Garmin's POI Loader application.

It would be great to import GPX format files, but this is no deal breaker. If you have a Garmin and Mac I highly recommend this program.
