I did buy this because I think SRS makes the best audio improving add-on sound wise, but is this company still open? I bought this. They sent me the code. I tried to activate it and its server is down. So it gives you the option to email asking for a manual request/response deal that so many other companies use. The problem is they don't write back. I checked my junk filter file in Apple Mail and then the Spam filter Gmail sets up. No response. I've written them asking if they plan to reply, again no reply. Frustrating. I'll wait a few more days before I call my credit card to wipe out the charges. Its a shame cause its the best app of its kind.

Got it activated. But not by a responce from the company. It was a block from a script of online ads. I guess with my mac I need to flush directory cache and restart numerous times before any change to my hosts file behaves correctly. So thats irritating, using Mountain Lion. SRS still needs to respond support requests, but my feelings on this app remain. Its the best audio improving add-on available to my knowledge.

Extremely useful piece of software that works on Mountain Lion. I wish there were more of this type of app to choose from, but at least, we have this one. And yes, it works as advertised, if you try and figure out how it works. Don't install, sit back and expect it to do the rest.

Overall, a bad experience. Forced to use when buying Civ V. This is my second time downloading the app on which you maybe get 100kb/sec. If this is the Mac gaming environment of the future, I'm buying a cheap PC rig. I will not support the Steam platform until they get their act together.

Like the app, bought it yesterday. May I suggest a multiple criteria sort function in the future. Possibly it has it already and I havent noticed.

Commenting on my own previous review. This app rarely, if ever, determines the correct BPM and for the library inspection, my library is more chaotic than ever. I should have spent a longer time with the trial period. I fail to see any use for this except determination of key, of which, Ill probably find out is also useless. Beware. Customers conduct a long trial of this product before purchasing. Odds are, getting a free BPM analyzer will work better and youll save time and money.

Is there something out like kaleidoscope in the classic OS days?

After upgrading to OS X 10.6.3 today, Ive noticed a glich when opening safari. The glich being a little square box in the lower left on the monitor pops up quickly and then disappears. I know its small, but this doessnt happen when I uninstalled glims. I re-installed it of course, but just wanted to let the dev. know. Am I the only one?
