If you just want windowshading and don't need the wobbly windows, there is another alternative called WindowMizer. Windows actually activate and deactivate as Mac windows should. Plus you get two activations per license,so it is less than half the price.

I found a replacement for Windowshade named WindowMizer. It works with OS X Snow Leopard(10.6), Lion(10.7) and Mountain Lion(10.8). It is available at Mac App Store or from the developer's website:

It is the best replacement for Windowshade that I have been able to find that works with Mac OS X and is reasonably priced.
