I'm not sure this is going to be a "popular" review. Here we go:

It's clear the developers have lavished lots of love care and attention on this app, but it feels like they need more focus on the task at hand. It's an expensive annotation app. That's fine, I don't mind spending money on software at all... but the features almost do it, but not quite. The Loupe feature is awesome. That's all.

Sorry hipsters, this is a "could have been great" app at this stage.

In all seriousness... you get what you pay for. Buy Drop DMG. I was using this app for some time, but in the end it was too unreliable, too restrictive, and just a little too quirky.

Drop DMG.

I think we can keep this one fairly short...

The functionality is superb. It works and once its set up I can't imagine for a second it could be any easier to use.

But by all the gods its a user experience train wreck. You will figure it out, you will absolutely feel that you have spent your money wisely... you will, at points, think the developers could think about the information architecture of the app.

Buy it, there's nothing better.

I recently purchased this as part of a bundle, and have been meaning to get around to write a review.

It's a decent app, but it could be so much better. There are some clear features that just feel strange that they are not included. For example you can't export as HTML.

The UI is nice, but not great.

This could be a very good tool, but they are let down by curious gaps (a desire to drive you to their hosting?) and an "almost but not quite" clever UI.

Use it for sending a quick help file, but you can't actually develop help with it. It's pricey considering.

There are a couple of things I'd like to see in the app, but in general this is a total win. I brought it because I had a critical defect to fix and just wanted to symbolicate that one file (it was a Mac app with report e-mailed by customer). After hours of trying to do it by hand I had my report in seconds with this. Paid for itself.

I like the crash log reporting features, but this is where I think the tool needs enhancement. I would like to be able to categorise the crash reports, mark as fixed etc. Also I wonder if the developers could make a small (free) app to make it easier for a customer to send me a report. Oh, and while I'm here... Quincy support please!

So, does exactly what it says... stupidly easy to use, and I hope it continues to be developed and expanded.

Just superb! Loving the new UI.

It's a simple app (which I feel the price correctly reflects) that does what it says it will. I've found it much easier to see what I have in the cloud (especially when I've forgotten which app I created what in), and even rescued some files that were created in an iPhone app I don't use anymore.

Simple, reasonably priced, and does what it says it will.
