What a nice update! This is getting better and better. The only thing still missing is the naming of the language for the audio tracks instead of just the track number.

Overall the best video converter for the mac!

This a great program I would not want to use my computer without.

Ever since the latest update the main program appears after a restart by itself (even when I closed it and all windows before the restart). This is a new and unwanted behavior .... can i do something against this?

Greetings
Andreas

This is a very useful piece of software There are however still two things that need improvement:

- updater
The updater always gives me an error that the calculated
signature and the given one don't match. So I always have
to download updates from the website.

- audio track selection
it would be really helpful to get real language indications
instead of stream numbers

But - as I said: very good software and a very supportive developer. Very well worth its price.

I am talking about the audio selection dialogue used when selecting (for example the pass thru) audio channel in the setting window.

Ok - you can get the information there- but what I would like to see is the language in the global settings - right were you actually select the streams to convert or passthrough ...

Please note that the latest versions of myTracks require at least Mac OS 10.6.

I want to use the opportunity to let you know that I am VERY impressed by the dedication of the developer to make his product better every time. With this release basically all of my requests have been answered. The communication with him was very active and productive. To reach the last half point in features there would need to be a very user-friendly way of passing through as many audio tracks as you want ;-)

Thanks a lot for this great product and especially for your wonderful support and effort to make this an even better product.

THis is a very nice piece of software! I bought it and in the end in most cases still use handbrake however. Why? Because I need the ability to pass through multiple audio tracks (AC3s or DTS). iFFmpeg still does not offer that option even though the mkv container can easily allow for this.

So please: add an option to passthrough multiple audio tracks (at least DTS and AC3) for mkv and this will become my main video converter.

The developer has implemented as a first step the second audio passthrough. Honestly, I am very impressed, how reactive he was! It is planned to add the capability to passthrough even more channels of audio in the near future. Please support that guy, he really cares for his software!

I really like the program: fast, compact, efficient. The only thing I really miss is an option to automatically sleep/shutdown the computer when all torrents have been complete and the given seed rate has been met. Would it be possible to add this ????

Hi,

just noted that "Made of honour" did not work for me. MTR also got confused and I had to manually select the right data segment ...

I have tried only one disk I know of youses a modern copy protection scheme: RFantastic 4 - rise of the silver surfer. Of course RipIt failed at the very start. Even MTR needs to use cell extraction to backup this movie. Those guys working at RipIT still have a very long way to go .....

in general there is a lot of potential, but also many shortcomings:

- I cannot tell the program to keep existing cover art even if the program wants to add another one. I either have no art and get a new one or I have to let it overwrite what is there. Ever heard that there can be multiple covers in a file?

- it is crash king! I had to turn off the "update when closing" function, as I nearly always lost all of my changes at the end, because the program crashed when writing back the data to iTunes.

If this becomes more stable and a bit more intelligent I will certainly buy it!

Hi,

sorry about my previous comments - they were indeed about a different program. So just ignore my previous post.
