I bought the iPhone app after hearing some positive reviews from different websites but unfortunately is not even able to perform its principal feature: pushing messages to my phone (even though their web app does).

Other problems:

1. Non-native interface. I don't know what library they used to put this app together but it clearly was not written in Cocoa. This makes the interface experience not horrible but not great either.
2. Major CPU and RAM hog. My guess is this is largely a result of point 1.
3. Ugly menubar icon. Ok, probably not a big deal to most people, but the icon has literally no relation to the application. It's a square with a diagonal line through it.
4. Crashes whenever I try to access system options. Were I able to do this it might solve problem 3.

My guess is there are a lot of other bugs waiting to be found in this app but since I can't even access the most basic functionality I can't really say anything about those.

I've been looking for an app just like this for years.

Beautiful interface, conversation view, gmail keyboard shortcuts (which are awesome since I can seamlessly switch between each without having to think about keyboard shortcuts). What more can you ask for?

It's the perfect email app for casual email users.
