I tried both this and ClickToFlash 2.9 and NEITHER are working for me out of the box, OR with a couple seemingly logical adjustments, as follows...

Under Media player tab:
1) Initial behavior from "Autoplay" to "Do not preload"
2) …and UNchecking the "Instant autopsy" checkbox just below it.

The issue that I am experiencing is that YouTube videos are STILL preloading and autoplaying with ClickToPlugin 2.9 OR ClickToFlash 2.9 under Safari 5.1.10 running on MacOS 10.6.8 (I have also tried disabling all the other Safari plugins to no avail).

Suggestions welcomed...

On the one hand, I LOVE up-to-date version checking software IF well implemented and completely NON-intrusive to my privacy...on the other hand, I DO *NOT* like it when developers REQUIRE update through their update checking utility.

That being said, IF you would like to stay on-top of the latest Adobe Camera Raw standalone updates, HOPEFULLY the following link will be valuable for some time to come (I would suggest BMing it, at least)…

Hope that helps! ;)

Love uTorrent…it is my go-to torrent client, but the new lime green icon introduced in v1.8.3 (stable) ain't got no alibi, it is U-G-L-Y!!!

Please bring back the PRE-1.8.3 uTorrent icon, this new one really NEEDS to go! Pretty please?!?

Unfortunately, no. The copy/pasted icon stays, but only while uTorrent is inactive. A few seconds after launch the NEW icon replaces the copy/pasted icon and remains there until application quit.

The v1.8.4 icon is the SAME freakin' ugly lime green!

"With the Perfect Photo Suite 6, we will no longer be including PhotoTune 3 as a part of the Suite. We will still have it available as an individual product that can be used, but it won't be integrated into the Perfect Photo Suite 6 itself. The reason we've made this decision is we've heard from a majority of our users that they do their general color correction and tone adjustments on their Raw files in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw or Apple Aperture. The SkinTune functionality in PhotoTune 3 has been moved into our new Perfect Portrait product. The SkinTune functionality remains in PhotoTune 3, but now offers more benefits in Perfect Portrait including a retouching brush as well as auto masking of the face, eyes, and mouth."

IMHO, iTunes 11 is a DEFINITE step backwards...

...and, after a couple/few painstaking hours effort to successfully revert back, here's a SOLID "How to" guide for those experiencing difficulties in reclaiming a working copy of iTunes 10.7:

Proper installation of iFFmpeg is a MULTI-step process. For reference, here's a quick guide:

STEP 1: Download iFFmpeg from this MU listing, or directly from the developer's site.

STEP 2: Open iFFmpeg disc image, copy iFFmpeg to Applications, launch and quit iFFmpeg.

STEP 3: Download latest compiled FFmpeg binary from http://www.osxexperts.net/ffmpeg/ffmpegexperts.html (links are in the upper right below "Download FFmpeg binaries" heading). For more info:
http://www.iffmpeg.com/FFmpegInfo/ffmpeginfo.html

STEP 4: Install the FFmpeg binary by copying it into "User -> Library -> Application Support -> iFFmpeg" folder. For more info:
http://www.iffmpeg.com/HowTo/howto.html

STEP 5: Install iFFmpeg Presets (included on your earlier mounted iFFmpeg disc image) by dragging them onto the installed iFFmpeg application *OR* (if having difficulty with drag n drop installation, as I initially did) copy any/all desired .ifp Preset files into "User -> Library -> Application Support -> iFFmpeg" folder.

STEP 6: Enjoy.

As noted in my "STEP 5" above, I had some difficulty with the drag n drop installation of the FFmpeg binary AND iFFmpeg Preset files where I received several frustrating "Unsupported/unknown format or corrupted file" errors.

In any event, hopefully the above "manual install" guide will help SOMEONE out there! ;)

All the best!

Dev-iffmpeg,

I did first try drag n dropping BOTH the FFmpeg binary AND the included iFFmpeg .ifp Preset files onto the iFFmpeg application…and I continuously received "Unsupported/unknown format or corrupted file" errors.

The "launch and quit iFFmpeg" portion of STEP 2 above was so that iFFmpeg would create it's Application Support folder. After doing so, after a careful read of your "HowTo" page I then copied the FFmpeg binary manually (when the drag n drop wouldn't work). After several efforts at drag n dropping the .ifp Preset files onto the iFFmpeg app (and receiving "Unsupported/unknown format or corrupted file" errors), without explanation it suddenly did work and therefore why I wrote "automatic" and "manual" install options for STEP 5.

Certainly, it appears as though there were some snags in the installation process…I would suggest at least taking a look at your drag n drop installation functionality AND I'd also suggest perhaps streamlining your web installation instructions and including a "ReadMe" file to the same effect on the disc image.

For what it's worth, I hope that helps! ;)
