I use PhoneValet mostly on my laptop. With that said, later today I'm going to update Mavericks on my desktop. I'll post back about PhoneValet compatibility.

Still no correctly functioning day/night clocks in version 4. What does it take to get this feature right??? Back I go to version 3.

OS 10.8.4 creates conflict for MailHub. Hope the developer issues a fix soon.

"Fixed issue with A/P display in world clocks."

This is not fixed in v 4.0.4. Clocks, regardless of time zone, still show just daylight. This was not an issue in version 3. Hope this can be fixed, otherwise back to v3..

Otherwise, version 4 is quite good.

Perhaps this cleans up the mysterious "other" category?

I use PhoneValet to record client telephone sessions. I hook up the USB/phone adapter to my MacBook Pro. This way I won't lose the sound file if there is a power outage. Very easy to use. Disappointed the developer has decided to no longer support the app.

Has anyone tested Phone Valet 6.0.5 on OS X Mountain Lion? If so, is it functional?

I have not installed Mountain Lion (yet). So I don't know if this is the remedy. Latest version of OpenBase is 12.0.4. Available here: http://www.openbase.com/index.php/products/downloads

During the installation, it will automatically reference your PhoneValet open base license (from the previous installer). You may see an error message. Ignore it. Once complete, open System Preferences and click on OpenBase, found in the "other" section. As the latest version is 64bit, the panel will open. Click on the license tab. There, you ought to see v 12.0.4. On the bottom left, click on "fix permissions". Once complete, restart the computer and try PhoneValet again. Please post back and let us know if PV now works.

When I first saw this update posted, I thought the Full Screen Globe feature had finally arrived. :(

An absolute "must have" for OS X. Great time saver for opening and saving files...and much more. Excellent software support by developer.

Does this software compliment TeleStream's ScreenFlow, or is it designed to be a standalone screen caster app?

Fixed issue with A/P display in world clocks.

V 4.0.4 does not fix this issue. Clocks still incorrectly rendered...all as daylight. Please fix

I really like BusyCal 2. Yet, dealing with App Store approval slowness is a big turnoff. Some developers offer their products on both their web site and the App Store. At least then a user has a choice. When given that choice I always opt for the developer's site for my DL.

With that said "announcing 2.0.2" and in the next sentence saying it's available at the end of December via the App Store is confounding. If v 2.0.x is only available on the App Store, what's the point of announcing 2.0.2 at the beginning of December

Installed the latest version today for Mountain Lion (10.8.2). No problems with the Installer, however, when I restart Mail after the install, I notice the plug-in is absent from the Preference Panel. Checked my User Library and plug-in is properly installed in the Mails Bundle folder.

There must be a compatibility issue with this latest beta version. Please fix!

I'm a long time user of SD. Since Safari 5.1 made its debut back in August, I could no longer enable/disable Speed Download from Safari's contextual menu. This has yet to be fixed. No word from the developer about whether this very useful feature will again be available.

Further, the forums at Yazsoft have been locked precluding any user feedback or community interaction on this or other issues.

From a customer relations standpoint, would be great to hear from the developer about the SD programming challenges posed by Safari 5.1.

Latest version 1.4 hangs when scanning bookmarks/history. Nothing more to say as that's how far the app. goes after opening.

Download speed is incredibly slow - 14 kb/sec. Feels like I'm back on dial-up. BTW I'm using a T1 line.

v .41 recreates the "favorites" problem with Glims, i.e. on the restart after Safari Cookies install, all favorites are unchecked. By contrast, v 4 corrected the bug. Seems like a step backward.

Had to revert to v .4, and also reestablish my Safari Preferences from an earlier version of com.apple.safari.plist to reestablish my favorites - again!

Until today, Safari Cookies (thru v 3) worked pretty well. However, after a Safari restart all of the favorites selected (119) have reverted to a non-favorite status.

I'm using Safari 4 Beta on an Intel Mac 10.5.6. Rather daunting to recreate the favorites. I have Time Machine operating. What file do I restore to recover the favorites without having to recreate the entire list? The only change was installing a beta version of Glims (v 16).

As an aside, I notice at times cookies reappear that seemingly were removed.

Thanks. I figured it out via trial/error. Would be nice to have better documentation about how cookies are managed behind the GUI.

Seems when I installed the latest version of Glims (v 16) i the preference file was altered, perhaps affecting the cookies favorite information (assumption on my part, however, that's the only change I made which would have impacted Safari's preference file).

Restoring an older version of preferences (gotta love Time Machine) reestablished the favorites. I'll send notice to Glims' developers.

Glims developer sees problems in Safari Cookies code causing the lost of favorites when Glims is installed. Developers are talking.
