I just sent this e-mail to Chronos and not expenting a replay - bottom line I'll most likely go back to use there organizer 4.5 or try DayLite again not sure yet - any of what it worth...

Where do I start?

First let me say that IÕm sick and tired of your companyÕs (Chronos) obsession with building firewall between yourselves and your own clients and customers. We are not the bad guys!

Secondly, a simple telephone contact number, that workÕs and is connected to a real person would be a nice fallback position to have - donÕt you think!

OK now that I have vent a bit and hopefully gotten your attention - I try to outline my issues, put on the table and maybe with a little luck IÕll get both a personnel response (like maybe a phone call) and a workable solution (what ever works to solve the problem)!

I would also hope that this e-mail finds itÕs way up the food chain to the highest levels of management (i.e. the presidentÕs desk would be nice).

IÕm trying to use my upgraded copy of your SOHO Organizer for both business and personnel use.

IÕm a manufacturerÕs representative with a small but growing business and lots of ÒcontactÓ data.

Your software is mounted on my Mac Power PC, G4, 733 MHZ ÒQuickSilverÓ with 1.5 GB of memory and IÕm using AppleÕs ÒTigerÓ OS X 10.4.6 software.

A month or so ago I choose to upgrade my aging copy of your ÒPersonnel OrganizerÓ to your new SOHO Organizer.

I not sure just what happen but sense that time I have nothing not issues and failure - including the loss of my entire data base (yes most of it was saved and is currently in AppleÕs Address Book which is function a lot better than your software.

The new software is slow, non responsive and crashes at well and I have all but reached my wits' ends with no one to turn too. Plus I fail to see why I should pay for relief from a problem that is based in your software. nor do I have the time or will!

Having had to remove all of my 600 plus contacts for safety from your SOHO Organizer and then seeing my issues remain - IÕm ask you to find me a workable solution. I can not believe that you folks would release a solution that was slow and dull of bugs after using itÕs for runner for so long with out a single problem. In fact I dropped ÒDatliteÓ in favor of your solution years ago.

The only solution I can think of at this point is for you folks to send me a fresh disk and let me try once more to amass my data base and see what happens cause at this point my investment in your company is simply useless.

I await your response!
