Just like you expect, right?
- Displays a progress bar when adding pages due to autoflowing text takes more than a few seconds. The progress bar represents overset text being composed as each page is added.
- Displays a progress bar when applying a complex autoflow master page takes more than a few seconds.
- Fixes a problem seen in some CS6 layouts where overridden autoflow master frames were being moved horizontally on the document page.
