Star Quiz seems to do everything you would want at first glance, but in the end looks like a jack of all trades and master of none sistuation.

It's a good application and I have used it for some time but with the developer hired full-time by Facebook, it seems to have been abandoned. There is no support whatsoever and no response from the server where the quiz results are collected so I do not know if my students completed the tests. It's a great waste of time for them, and also demotivating.

Currently using the Demo and the program seems to work very well. I had some difficulty importing because of commas (throughout the questions) but everything worked out fine when I changed the file to tab delimited. I would like to see some more control over the web test, so hopefully there will be regular updates in the future. I do love the ability to see the results right from my desktop, a very nice feature.

Really nice. It seems a little pricey. I like the feature set and the way it works. I need something like this for a project and this is the only thing I found that looks like it will work for what I'm doing.

Version 3.0.2 simply doesn't work with Multiple Select questions in a computer lab. Every versions has lots of bugs, testing is really not what it should be but haven't found a better alternative so I keep using it...

Been using starquiz for over a year now. No real problems with it, seems to work fine in all situations. The updates are great as they add new features, and fix little quirks. For the money there isn't a better product out there that has similiar features. If there is I haven't found it, starquiz is great.

Made with RealBasic: looks like it; acts like it. Pass on this one.
