This software has a lot of potential. However, it functionally does not work with Mac OS X 10.5. In addition, when it did run with OS X 10.4, I could not set the ranges for the reports, which made the software virtually useless to me. I have repeatedly sent the company e-mails requesting support and the e-mails have gone unanswered. Support is non-existent. This was a poor choice and I wish I had not purchased it.

Ease of Use is poor. I have e-mailed HealthEngage Four times, and only one of my e-mails returned. I am not able to link to my Palm software. I have had computers for years and this is the hardest software to get to work, and with out Support I wish I had not bought it. If you have it I feel your pain, and if your looking to buy it. Run away, Run away fast. It is to late for me, but save your self and run.

Very clumsy. The food lists are incompletely alphabetized. The food search and lists use specific word sequences that seem well out of date (USDA) and inadequate. Exercise for a woman is almost entirely in terms of housework. Weight training, aerobics, skiing, etc. are missing. The blood sugar range goals and times entry chart was confusing and inadequate for modern measurements. This program could be excellent with a very thorough updating.

That is nonsense, there are over 700 exercises and activities listed in the program. And the foods are all alphabetized and in order and there is a handy search which makes it unnecessary to browse anyway! Sounds to me more like you are working for a competing program instead of being a neutral reviewer. There is a free demo so I highly recommend everyone download it and see for themselves how wrong your comments are.
