Extensis tech support is also the worst. They are useless. All they can say is "it doesn't support Tiger" and "I don't know".
Here is my solution: trash it and use Font Book (not great, but at least its work!)
I can't get the Panther update to work because the serial number will not resigister and now I am on line (still) for tech support for 45 minutes at Extensis. Now the website will not tell my WHY fifteen efforst will not get the serial number right.
Extensis was worse than Quart at Tech -non support , (no that is not possible)
I use Adobe products and FR over Quark and Suitcase because they respect user.
Now that Extensis owns FR I expect to always be disappointed and angry.

Call Font Reserve's main number : +1 415 381 3303
Then just hit # 0 (zero ) then politely ask the person who answers that you need the updater to fix problems, and the link is incorrect. She will give you a address and login / pass to get it. I would spill it here, but when asked if I could spread the word, the person asked to juat have people call there. So I will respect that...call away.
