AutoTagX helps you organize your MP3 collection better and faster by giving you an easy way to make sure your tags, file names, and folder names are consistent and correct. If you organize your MP3 files into folders by the original CD, AutoTagX(tm) will save you TONS of time.

What's new in AutoTagX

Version 3.00:
  • Sometimes when you're tagging a folder that has a lot of files in it, the files that are not visible (i.e., below the bottom of the window) do not get numbered correctly -- their track numbers get set to 1.
  • If you tag about, oh, I don't know -- 100 albums? Your system may get low on memory. I haven't wrung out all the memory leaks.

Great software but, BADLY needs bugfixes and updates. BADLY. Also, integration into iTunes would be great.

Excellent application. I used it for about 20 minutes, and then paid for it strait away. I have heaps of mp3s that say Track1, Track2 etc. This program will save me months of going to amazon.com, finding the artist's album and then cut'n'pasting the information. I just hope the FreeDB remains available. There was talk of it going under.

Awesome program, but hasn't been update in 2 years. Unfortuanately there are still bugs when dragging in new artwork and when resizing windows. I've contacted the developer, and apparently he doesn't have time to update the app. These bugs are very obvious to new users, and in my opinion, if fixed, would make this app SUPERB.
