Features: fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Interface: nice, but "brilliant"? No. As a tool, seems to do the job, and the price is good. It lacks a couple big features. DejaVu and Duover both have the ability to backups run in the background, via cron, a can't-live-without feature. Plus, Duover is able to automatically mount remote servers -- a lifesaver when I backup my laptop to my desktop machine.
(One not-software complaint: Executive's website has a page called "ES in the Press", which at first glance makes it look like ES has been reviewed by a lot of people. Not so. If you click the links, you see these are mainly press releases. I do not like this sort of marketing.)
