Goliath is an application that creates and edits websites. It uses a technology called WebDAV (frequently called Web Folders) to make changes to the files stored on Web servers. It was the first application to implement WebDAV on the Mac. Goliath exposes functionality similar to that found in the Windows version of Internet Explorer 5 plus many other features that are unique to the Mac, such as iDisk access which, when using Goliath, is made extremely fast.

A "classic" piece of software. Work here (Os1028) stable and fine. On the developer site you can find a .dmg.gz - package (instead of .sit here),
http://www.webdav.org/goliath/installs/Goliath1_0_1.dmg.gz

hoping that further development (maybe) going on ...

Thanks for the great app. One minor issue I'd like to point out... it truncates file names under OSX.3.5 (or any previous version for this matter). Apparently saving files w/ long names to it isn't a good idea...

This is just a great app, and under OS X 10.2.8 it is still a must-have if you use your iDisk with any frequency. So much faster than any other way. I don't know if it works under OS X 10.3, the developer has stopped development of this app, perhaps permanently, due to an illness in his family or some such matter.

This is still so much better than Apple's implementation of WebDAV in OS X 10.2.6... faster connections, etc.

great price too.

Soon to be rendered obsolite for use with iDisk, Panther has a whole new idea for dealing with it. Read up on it on the apple website.
