The coolest screen saver I've seen all years! Screw George Lucas; I can watch this saver's scenarios and dogfights for hours. Best if you've got a decent graphics card, but even a low-end G3 iMac can get some nice fights going.

THIS IS INSANE! Wow, how cool this is since the last time i downloaded it!!! The textures could definitely make this appear as a DVD playing on your computer... again, that and sound would make this an extremely good fooler of people walking by my computer. but, yes, we know that will take a while to complete... and after all, this is FREE! Thanks, SO much. Keep it up. luke

Rather nice. Extremely large scenes with many, many ships possible on my PowerBook 1.25GHz with Radeon 9600. Reminds me of playing Freespace 2 on my gaming-only PC. Fun to leave running and watch it draw a crowd. Nitpick: the actual textures applied to the ships have no real depth, they're just flat skins. Some bump mapping would be cool. Probably really difficult request: sound. I know it's a screensaver but optional sound for when all those laser bolts are flying around would be way cool.

Glad you like it. Since you brought up two very common requests let me say that bump mapping/light mapping is coming in a future release, as well as some other multi pass effects. Sound is also coming, but its a larger integration project and so may take a little longer. Anyway thanks for the download, and thanks for the comment.
