I love it! Thank you very, very much.

Re: the same service being available in Panther, yes, it is, but only for Safari, which is a great browser if you are used to Explorer. I prefer OmniWeb, and now it is even more efficient!

These features come already installed in Panther. Shortcut keys:
Amazon -- Shift-Apple-
iTunes Music Store -- Shift-Apple-~

You can also use the program's menu (the pulldown menu to get to the Preferences) under Services-->Search.

Actually, it's specific to software that you have installed on your box. I, for example, do not have search iTunes under my services menu. And the keyboard commands for Google are Apple+Shift+L

Yeah I don't have this feature installed on my box, which is a full OS X 10.3.x install. Shrug.

Plus, CMD-SHIFT-L replaced the existing "Open URL" in Jugular. I'd gotten used to it so I used the Services prefpane to switch "Open URL" back to CMD-SHIFT-L.

why only google? It would be nice to leave users decide the favourite search engine.

Very nice. Sometimes when I'm coding I want to search for uses of a function, and that works very well with SearchGoogle.

Anyone who does not appeciate this thing does not like to save time. I can amazon & google search in no time with this...this is actually the first service I use in Mac OS X since 10.0. Thanks for the service man, works great!

A read me with the package would be good though.

Absurd thing (or joke ?) : it works only where it is not needed (panther)

This seems redundant/pointless.

If you have Safari installed, it offers this same service. Apple-shift-L activates "Search With Google" and opens Safari to a Google search page from your selection.

Does what it says it will do.

Small, uses no processor or memory power, and is extremely useful, what more could you ask for from such a service. Great work.

Why on earth would this be compiled to ONLY work on Panther? Panther already includes this service. Why give 10.3 users a redundant application, and then take it away from Jaguar users who need it?
